MAN Rollo supplies generator sets to Shipyard de Hoop

Shipyard De Hoop is building ten Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). MAN Rollo will supply 250 kW auxiliary generators for emergency and port use for each vessel. The development and construction of the generator sets is based on stringent IMO level 2 environmental requirements and the sets are classified by Lloyds Register. The generator sets will be based on the MAN marine diesel engine range. The production, supply and installation of the twenty generator sets run in phases, parallel with the construction of the vessels. The first set was delivered at the end of 2014 and the last will be deliverd at the end of 2016.
