MAN Rollo will use this year’s Electric & Hybrid Marine World Expo in Amsterdam to unveil its brand-new MAN gas engine, the E3262 LE222.
Featuring a high power-to-weight ratio and low fuel consumption, the E3262 LE222 meets the actual demand for LNG solutions. The company recently announced the delivery of three of its E3262 LE222 engines to Fassmer Shipyard to be installed as auxiliary generators for the LNG-powered Helgoland Ferry. These 500kW engines have been developed on the basis of the lean-burn combustion process and also meet the requirements of the classification society DNV-GL.
MAN Rollo offers a number of reliable and cost-efficient LNG propulsion solutions for a wide array of vessels. Low emissions, environmental compatibility and low maintenance costs are leading features.
